- Your meditation practice will be simple. There are videos and information on meditation in the three groups I mentioned but meditation is all about silencing the mind, without chatter, and listen to your heart beat or a word "I Am Love" Breathing in deeply and out the word "I Am Love" you can chose one that resonates with you. The idea is not to let words clutter your mind or thoughts interfere with what you must learn to hear. So, practice makes perfect. Practice in the morning and evening and if you can in the day time. Even if it is for 10 or 15 minutes. No thoughts in your mind just silence. you can focus on your heart beat, a candle burning, a sound of Om as you breathe in slowly in and out. Be patient, relax do this for a week and keep a journal of your experiences, your dreams, what you see that feels important. In your journal you can chatter and let your mind and thoughts write as much as you want. In your meditation it is silence. Try this, dont be hard on yourself we all go through time where we need guidance, belief, knowing and letting go. Namaste!

Please take a moment of your time to join the other two groups of Karma and Dreams. There are videos and information that I would love for you to read and feel and just be with it. Please do write your dreams there, it could be as a discussion for the dream group. You can ask help also what people are feeling or experiencing with your story. Your story as all stories of life are crucial to understanding ourselves, our integration and journey. The mystical animal of the crow is like the underworld of knowledge and strength that can take you very far in your process of being and purpose you are meant to be here now. Your time is now and has come to finally reach out, listen to the animals that appear before you in your life and in your dream for they are interconnected. Your connection to the underworld is just as important as it is here. you carry a wisdom and gift that requires careful implement, creating and planning for things that will come to you. I would recommend you start a group here on Tarot and request members to join and participate in the group a nd offer your wisdom and advice on small tarot reading that are related to life in its positive format. Everything you do must be positive, loving, sharing, and offering others expansion in their lives, this is much needed now and in return your abilities will strengthen and good things will start to show itself to you and for you. Karma. This that I speak is part of this karma, but karma comes at different levels and your journey both past and present in life times is what Im speaking of that goes back many generations that requires a letting go, healing, and remembering. Please participate here, form groups that share and others can share and those who know you by soul groups in life times will be there to heal along with you. Please share in your offering and meditation with Mother Earth, nature, and she can help you tremendously. You may know her as Gaia, Devi, the mother of life here. Praying, sharing and letting her know your pain, joy and what you want will help you.
The falcon is known by the bird Goddess but you mentioned a man so we are often reminded that we can learn from darkness and it is through this darkness that we grow and you are being lead through these difficult times for you through them. The final outcome will be determined. You have the strength for this. It is really up to you. Please dont worry about responses, keep inviting others to share and continue sharing your wisdom and insights into the mystical healing of life for these are your gifts. Harmony will come to you through this and will flow from your heart giving to all that you do here. Try these things first let time past and dreams will come through this and pay attention and just appreciate what is being given to you right now. We can discuss more in a week. 7 days must past. - Yes, of course I would love to give you a reading as a gift to you as I'm guided to do so. You walk a journey like a cat walks a mile slowly, with caution, eagerness and curiousity but your wisdom will take you very far my dear sister. A cat is like a cry that is to be heard and listen with your heart. They are brave, independent and very mystical animals. The crows are like messages that bring you knowledge and information beyond what our eyes can see.
