- I am a Yoga and Meditation teacher. I am founder and spiritual Teacher of Yoga Vidya, a non-profit-network of Yoga Ashrams, Centers and Teachers based in Germany.
I am a disciple of Swami Sivananda and Swami Vishnu-devananda.
