I do not belong to this world, neither to this mortal body. I exist temporary in this temporal world …This body belongs temporary to me. This body is fragile and is subject to accidents, diseases and death. Being in this body, we are weak…we are only survivors; we struggle and want to live in peace….because we are afraid … because we live at the mercy of fate. Because we know we are only like travelers in a train… we move between many stations… in the end, we will reach our station…. Most of us are ignorant because we do not believe in the law of karma.
Time is running quickly. Life is too short. We grow quickly and we are surprised. When we loose a brother or a mother…we become unwillingly under the pressure of fate…we are under the control of our feelings and thoughts… but with the time….we forget…we remember and then after keep some memories…

This world exists to me as long as I exist… and when I will leave this body, I will leave this world as well…

When I think, I follow my thoughts
When I sleep, I follow my dreams
When I live, I follow my desires

I watch my thoughts and realize that I am their victim
I watch my dreams and realize that I am an actor
I watch my life and realize that it is like a long dream….

I am present in the light and the dark.

I realize that this world is wrong…we have to change this world…we have to create peace and happiness…

We have to play our human role…
Sufferings are qualities of this world…
No more sufferings…. we have to help…to give…to console and to love…. to LOVE
