UNCONDITIONAL LOVE BY MEDITATION

Unconditional Love

Now take a deep breath and turn yourself over to the sound of my voice…
We begin a Sacred Journey
Of Love
Of Compassion
Of Light
Of Healing
Of New Energies Within Us..

Everyone get comfortable….sit back in your chairs with your back straight and your feet flat on the ground. Place your hands in your lap, with the palms facing upwards.

Now take a deep breath inhaling as you count to 10. Hold that breath till 10. Slowly exhale as you count to 10.

Again, breathe in counting to 10. Hold the breath 10. Slowly exhale as you count to 10.

One more time, inhale as you count to 10. Hold that breath till 10. Slowly exhale as you count to 10.

Now allow your breath to go back to a relaxed rhythm. As you breathe, you can feel that each breath you take is rejuvenating you, bathing all your cells with beautiful energy. On each exhale you release all that no longer serves you…releasing all anger, releasing all stress, releasing frustrations, worries…releasing all dis-ease, all pain.

With each breath you take and each time you exhale, you feel lighter and lighter as you are releasing all of the excess baggage and weight that has been anchored to your body and soul weighing you down….you feel yourself rising, becoming lighter, almost transparent, weightless…

As you float above, you look around you. You notice that you are surrounded by all of the colors of the Rainbow, just swirling around you. What beautiful energy all these colors emit. Allow yourself to be surrounded by this Rainbow energy…become immersed in it as it flows around you, swirling back and forth in gentle waves of soothing, calming energy. See the beautiful colors illuminate your very being, further releasing things that no longer serve you.
Enjoy this freedom, this elation as your soul is released from its bindings. Flow with the rainbow energy…swirl with it…feel the red, orange, yellow, pink, green, blue, indigo and violet colors flowing through your chakras and aura. Such brilliance and peace…as you are transported to a different plane and dimension.

You suddenly see a beautiful golden sphere of light coming towards you…it is so bright, it is almost blinding…you squint a bit as it approaches you. As it gets closer and closer, you find that all fear is gone, replaced by an unexplainable feeling of bliss, of contentment, of completion. As this sphere gets closer and closer you feel a tremendous surge of pure unconditional love flooding you and overflowing from your heart chakra so much so that it completely engulfs you, it becomes one with your BE-ing. You feel these energies merging with you as the sphere suddenly stops right in front of you. It pulsates, it radiates, it glows like nothing you have ever seen before…the radiance from the sphere spreads and extends in all directions…you are surrounded by this golden brilliance…as the luminous gold sparkling light surrounds you, you feel so much love, like you have never known before…such unconditional love, so deep and pure.

You know that at this moment that this is True Love and you will always be loved like this for this is who you are. It is the energy of Creation…and you are One with God at this very second as you merge with your true self, becoming Pure and True Love, becoming One with all those around you, becoming one with the Universe. This bliss this elation is so overwhelming that you too in turn want to share it with everyone and everything unconditionally.

You bathe in this wonderful omnipotent loving energy…just allow it to be. Everything seems to stop, to stand still…there is no time, or space, nothing else other than you and this golden energy exist. You just are. Allow yourself to just be. You say to yourself I AM and you know that you are LOVE, in its purest form.

Take a few minutes to just sit and exist in all parallels of time, absorbing this love and energy by allowing it to flow through you and outwards from your entire being…as you send that golden energy and unconditional love to the entire universe…

The golden light from the sphere starts to retreat back into the sphere as it begins to shrink in size and move away from you…the unconditional love you have been feeling, continues to remain even thought the sphere departs…

You now become aware of the Rainbow energy, you are so elated, so loved, so content in who you are…in knowing that you are a BE-ing of the Light and as such, you are Love in its purest form.

You slowly begin float downwards towards your body...towards this plane of existence. You will never forget what you have learned and felt here, as it is now engrained into your very essence. Whenever you lose that feeling…all you need to do is look inside, for it is and will always be a part of you.

As you come back to the here and now, you become more and more aware of your body and your familiar surroundings. You are now back in your room, in this time and place, in this dimension and in the present plane of your existence.

Take a deep breath, hold it for a few seconds and exhale. Wiggle you toes and fingers, and move about in your chair.

And SO IT IS…In Light and Love
