Message from Rabina Ranteg-----As I am not an expert... just learned by experience, I am careful in advising as my English isn't perfect....I do not want to say say something totally wrong....she is a member of our group.
Most of our illnesses are caused by an unbalanced life....
* attitude in life (towards our selves & others)...
don't worry - be Happy & Live today.. learn from yesterday, don't
worry about tomorrow!
* pollution
* stomach problems (right time - right portions - right diet)
* exercise (something that feels good 2 the body) as in Yoga or
swimming, walking, etc....
* Stress (cured by meditation, attitude-controlling your mind, food,
positive actions, positive friends, etc...)
* or inherited
I believe it is important for people with illnesses in general, to do the following things, while going threw medical treatment:
1.1 reading information regarding there illness... on internet or books.
this way you get to understand the illness and it will be easier to
find a way to heal.....
1.2 use of a strict diet; as with each illness, there is food that will
help it cure and there is food that will do harm and make it even
worse....
1.3 in the first stage ... acupressure or reflexology (this to activate
your antibody, pain re leaver, adjusting your body temperature,
increase blood circulation, improving your sleep, adjusting
bloodstream, adjusting sugar levels, and adjusting hormones.
1.4 meditation & praying (especially from 02:00 - 05:00 am)
1.5 doing things you enjoy doing / at least one thing a day (this to
make yourself happy and have the feeling to fight to survive....)
1.6 be close to nature / as often as possible... (going to the beach,
Forrest, lake or just gardening.....
1.7 reading books.... spiritual, funny or something else that they like..
1.8 Good attitude towards yourself & others...
Love your self & others... As hate, jealousy, sadness, etc....
all have great influence on our health... Help others; in a way....
And forgive yourself & others for things done or said... (forgive
them within yourself!
1.9 Find a way to express your self... writing, drawing, or else...
1.10 Keep your room / house clean & pleasant, as it has a lot of
influence on your own feelings..
Once your better ..... have a balanced life...
Working - social life - family - house holding - sports - nature - spirituality - etc....
I believe we have all the power to do self healing, it;'s just a matter of knowing how to do it... (as in Reiki, all people can learn.. as long as they want to)....
Money is important, but not most important...
Happiness & Health is most important.....
SMILE ... EVERY DAY.....
SMILE FROM YOUR HEART ... FEEL THE LOVE ...
LIVING WITH YOUR HEART ...... IT'S the KEY to LIFE !
Well... I could go on & on... but I'm not a writer, so I don't know how to write this all in a good way so it will make sense to others...
Maybe you can use it... maybe not... It's up to you...
After my experiences going threw the Battle.....
I now help friends, family & local people....
by advising them on diets, herbs, yoga, reiki and acupressure... as I believe we can prevent illnesses. The problem is that nowadays we are not informed about this.. Life nowadays is to much focused on Materialism......
